1. Core Pricing Principles
We believe that clients should have complete clarity regarding financial obligations before any work commences. We do not publish rigid flat percentages because domain transactions range from hundred-dollar drops to six-figure corporate acquisitions. Instead, exact commission percentages and fixed fees are discussed, agreed upon, and locked in writing prior to commencing outreach or recovery.
2. Summary by Service Model
A. Domain Recovery
- Recoverable (Grace/Redemption): Fixed service fee agreed before work begins. Covers registry audits, registrar coordination, and account restoration guidance.
- Already Dropped: Success-based fee. Payable only if the domain is successfully reacquired or caught.
B. Find & Catch Valuable Domains
Success-Based Payment: No catching fee is charged if the domain is not captured. An agreed catching fee is earned only when the domain is successfully secured in your account.
C. Brand Domain Search
Free Initial Consultation & Shortlist: Zero upfront research fee. If you choose to acquire an aftermarket domain from our curated shortlist, a success-based commission applies upon completed acquisition.
D. Sell My Domain (Outbound Brokerage)
Success-Based Commission: Zero upfront listing or representation charge. Commission is earned only after a qualified sale is closed and funds are disbursed through escrow.
E. Domain Acquisition (Buyer Brokerage)
Success-Based Commission: Zero upfront retainer. Our brokerage commission is agreed upon in advance and earned only when the target domain is successfully acquired within your budget parameters.
3. When Payment Becomes Due
For success-based brokerage and acquisitions, commission is collected simultaneously with closing through the third-party escrow disbursement. For fixed recovery services, payment terms are agreed in the initial service authorization.
4. Third-Party Costs Separate
Service fees and commissions cover professional representation only. The domain purchase price, registrar redemption penalty fees, registry renewal charges, and escrow platform fees are third-party obligations paid directly to those respective entities.
